Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

 

Tracking:

All shipments are tracked, and customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  1. Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer the customer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
  2. Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are reported as stolen. Customers should ensure that the delivery address is secure. In such cases, customers may contact the local authorities and their insurance provider if applicable.
  3. Damaged Packages: If a package arrives damaged, customers should take photos of the damaged package and its contents and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may require additional information to process a claim. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing a refund.
